Supervision

 

Supervision provides another se of eyes on caseloads as well as the impact on the professionals expected to deliver them. This is particularly important when working a stressful, pressurised environment, where vicarious trauma could become a factor. potentially leading to burn out, oth physically, emotionally and psychologically.

both Stuart and Jeanette have extensive experience in Clinical supervision working in both group an one to one sessions. Clients come from a range of backgrounds and professions including therapists, social workers, educational staff, medical practitioners, emergency services, crisis workers, foster carers and anyone who may be working around trauma.
